Referral & Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Anyone aged 18 or above with a valid Indian PAN and a UPI ID or bank account for payouts. MusHaves may approve or decline any application at its discretion.

2. How the programme works

Approved participants receive a unique link and/or code. When a new customer buys from mushaves.com through that link or code, the participant earns commission on that order.

3. Commission

Flat 10% of the order value after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
Commission is calculated on the net value of the order, after cancellations and returns.
Approved affiliates may also receive one free MusHaves product, selected by MusHaves, to create content.

4. Attribution

A sale is credited to a participant if the customer places the order within 30 days of first clicking the participant's link, or uses the participant's code at checkout. If more than one participant is involved, the most recent click or code used at checkout is credited.

5. When commission is paid

Commission becomes payable after the order is delivered and the 7-day return window has closed. Approved commission is paid once a month, by the 10th of the following month, to the UPI ID or bank account on file, subject to a minimum payout of ₹500.

6. Returns, cancellations and fraud

No commission is paid on cancelled, returned, refunded or undelivered orders. Commission already paid on an order that is later returned may be adjusted against future payouts.

7. Not allowed

Buying through your own link or code, or through orders by family members or people acting for you.
Spam, misleading claims about products or prices, or paid ads that bid on the MusHaves brand name.
Using MusHaves logos or images in a way that suggests you are an employee or official representative.
Posting content that is unlawful or offensive.

8. Content and disclosure

Participants must clearly disclose the commercial relationship in any promotion (for example #ad, #affiliate or #gifted), as required by applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules in India. Participants must not make medical or exaggerated product claims.

9. Taxes

Payouts are subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) and other taxes as required by Indian law. A valid PAN is required. Participants are responsible for reporting their own income.

10. Changes and termination

MusHaves may change these terms, the commission rate or the programme at any time with notice on this page. Commission already earned on delivered, non-returned orders will still be paid. MusHaves may suspend or remove any participant for breach of these terms.
